Eva Ettedgui RN, LNCC Eva Ettedgui, owner of Med Legal Source Inc., has 25 years of experience as a Registered Nurse and has been practicing as a Legal Nurse Consultant since 2007. Ms. Ettedgui and her team of RNs attend DMEs/IMEs as Third Party Nurse Observers throughout California and the Nation, although primarily concentrated in the Greater Los Angeles area.  Ms. Ettedgui holds the LNCC certification for Legal Nurse Consultants, the only Legal Nurse certification recognized by the American Association of Registered Nurses. Ms. Ettedgui was awarded the, Nurse Entrepreneur of the Year Award, 2018 from the I-Help Foundation of Los Angeles. Ms. Ettedgui received a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts & Psychology from the culmination of her studies at UC San Diego and Antioch University Santa Barbara. Ms. Ettedgui also received her ADN Nursing Degree in 1994 from Ventura Community College. Ms. Ettedgui is a member of the American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants . Ms. Ettedgui is also an affiliate member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles. In her clinical career of 18 years, Ms. Ettedgui worked in the acute care setting in the fields of Orthopedics, Medical Surgical, Telemetry, Pediatric, Pediatric Intensive Care Transport and Neonatal Intensive Care nursing at Ventura County Medical Center, Cottage Hospital, Santa Barbara and Community Memorial Hospital in Ventura, CA. Ms. Ettedgui was also the first formal Clinical Educator for the Sansum Clinics of Santa Barbara providing education and implementation of healthcare policies to a body of over 250 nurses and other healthcare staff. Ms. Ettedgui lives in Ventura with her daughter and commutes to the Greater Los Angeles area for her work.
